摘要：在存量规划阶段,历史街区的保护和再利用对城市的整体转型和可持续发展至关重要,历史街区评价是城市规划与街区更新的重要基础。目前相关评价研究较为零散,一系列关键问题亟须解决。通过剖析现有相关文献,揭示历史街区评价研究的主要领域,阐释历史街区评价过程中涉及到的多方评价主体,探讨影响评价主体对历史街区进行评价的因素,梳理历史街区的评价方法,构建了历史街区评价研究的整合框架,并揭示了6个重点研究方向:构建历史街区复兴综合性评价指标体系;增加经营者对历史街区多维度评价的研究;扩展更多相关利益主体对历史街区进行评价的研究;建立历史街区动态评价机制;加强评价方法的准确性与周密性研究;创新AI赋能的历史街区评价研究。
In the stage of stock planning,the protection and reuse of historic districts are crucial to the overall transformation and sustainable development of cities,and the evaluation of historical districts is an important foundation for urban planning and district renewal.Currently,relevant evaluation studies are scattered,and a series of key issues need to be solved urgently.Through analyzing the existing relevant literature,revealing the main areas of research on the evaluation of historic districts,explaining the multi-party evaluation subjects involved in the process of evaluating historic districts,exploring the factors affecting the evaluation of historic districts by the evaluation subjects,and sorting out the evaluation methods of historic districts,this paper constructed a comprehensive framework for the evaluation research of historic districts and reveals six key directions of research:Constructing a comprehensive evaluation index system for the revival of historical districts;Increasing the research on multi-dimensional evaluation of historic districts by operators;Expanding the research on evaluation of historic districts by more relevant interest subjects;Establishing a dynamic evaluation mechanism for historic districts;Enhancing research on the accuracy and thoroughness of the evaluation methodologies;Innovating AI-enabled evaluation studies of historic districts.
