摘要:This work was aiming at analyzing energy performance of a phytotron which was used for stored grain aeration study. Inside air temperature and moisture content of the phytotron were controlled by a PID method. Energy consumption model during the control process of phytotron was developed. One modulation strategy of phytotron air temperature and moisture content for in-bin grain aeration stored (S1) better for grain quality was proposed and compared with a normal modulation strategy (S2) in terms of energy consumption through experiment. The results were analyzed and showed that the S1 consumed a little more energy than S2. Since energy difference consumed by the second strategies was not very distinct, S1 would be preferred for future grain aeration study in terms of energy consumption.
