摘要：高新技术企业的成长始终伴随着资本的优化配置和融资路径的优化选择。以高新技术中小企业融资路径的演变为研究对象,结合高新技术企业融资的特点,通过归纳以中关村科技园区企业为代表的高新技术企业融资路径的发展历程,揭示现有融资路径的局限性,提出优化融资路径的可行性建议。
The development of high-tech enterprise goes along with the optimum collocation of capital and the optimum selection of financing path.This paper analyses the evolvement course of High-teeh SME＇s financing path in Zhongguancun science park, finds out the reasons of their financing status quo combining with the characteristics of high-tech enterprise financing, and proposes recommendation to optimize the financing path of High-tech SMEs.
