摘要：随着中国特色社会主义理论体系在现实中不断丰富和发展,国外学者对中国特色社会主义的道路、理论体系和制度方面的研究也在不断深入。国外学者的研究具有如下特点:一是研究范围广泛;二是大量使用实地考察和调研资料;三是不同历史阶段研究的侧重点不同;四是研究以服务现实需要和制定对华政策为目的。在关注国外学者相关研究情况的同时,我们需要做好如下六个方面的工作:一是掌握中国特色社会主义学术研究的国际话语权;二是推进中外学术观点的商榷和争鸣;三是扩大国内相关优秀学术研究成果和学术观点的外部影响;四是注意客观对待国外各类研究群体;五是重视国外中国共产党研究在学科建设中的地位和作用;六是重视专业队伍和学术资源的建设。
With the enrichment and development of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics, many external scholars did research deeply about the road, theory system and institution of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics. Their 's researches had four features: first, covered a wide field; second, used a lot of field work and research materials; third, different history phase had different emphasis; fourth, service to the needs and formulate policy to China as the purpose. We should do the work well in six aspect while pay attention to the external scholars' researches. First, we must have the discourse power of the academic research about the socialist system with Chinese characteristics. Second, we should promote the exchange of the domestic and external ideas. Third, we should extend the influence of the outstanding academic achievements and academic point of view in the world. Forth, we should using scientific attitude treat all kinds of external researchers. Fifth, we should pay attention to the status and function of the researches in discipline construction. Sixth,we should pay attention to the construction of professional team and academic resources.
