摘要:多糖的生物活性与其分子量有着直接关系,而膜分离技术正是利用其不同的孔径截留不同分子量物质的新型分离技术。通过高效凝胶渗透色谱(HPGPC)表征微滤(MF)、超滤(UF)和纳滤(NF)联用方法对姬松茸、枸杞、茶树菇和灰树花多糖的分子量分级效果。实验证明所采用的膜分离方法与多糖原液的分子量分布有密切关系,分子量分布较宽的姬松茸、枸杞和茶树菇多糖可以利用联用法进行分子量分级,并使多糖的分子量分布变窄;分布相对较窄的灰树花多糖只在纳滤分离过程中有明显的分级作用,而微滤和超滤对其分级效果不明显。
The bioactive of polysaccharides have relationship with their molecular weight. The membrane seParation is a new technology that the substances were seParated according to the membrane's pore size. The primary object of this research will be to reveal the gradation of Agarcus blazei Murill (ABM), Lycium Barbarum (LB), Agrocybe Aegirit (AA), and Grfola Frondosa (GF) polysaccharides according to their molecular weight using the combined method of microfiltration (MF), ultrafiltration (UF) and nanofiltration (NF) membranes. The results of the high performance gel permeation chromatography (HPGPC) indicate that the seParation method had close relationship with molecular weight distribution of polysaccharides. The MF-UF- NF combined method was effective for ABM, LB and AA with wide of molecular weight distribution, but was less effective for GF with narrow distribution.
