摘要:In tourism industry, a challenge is how to handle emergency situations during a journey. Although most of the tourism travel agencies focus on generating travel plans, an important part that has been ignored is to provide a creative emergency travel plan when a user meets an unforeseen situation during the journey. Thus, in order to address problems like this, the study to build a system that can provide creative emergency travel plans for users based on cybernetics and optimisation system will be reported in this paper. This system can be divided into three parts. Firstly, the system monitors the travel factors during journey. Then, if the data of travel factors are exceeded the permitted fluctuation range, the system reminds the user to generate an optimisation travel plan by cybernetics. Finally, according to cybernetics, the system generates creative emergency travel plans to users.
