摘要：在数字经济时代,数字化转型成为当前中小企业实现创新的重要路径。以动态能力理论为理论基础,对中小企业数字化转型与创新绩效间的作用机制和影响路径展开研究。以12984份观测样本所进行的实证研究结果表明,中小企业数字化转型能够显著正向影响创新绩效;动态能力在中小企业数字化转型与创新绩效关系间起到中介作用;在此过程中,影响效应从强到弱依次为创新能力、吸收能力、适应能力。环境不确定性在动态能力和创新绩效之间起到显著的调节作用。异质性分析表明,数字化转型对国有企业、高科技企业、制造业企业以及中型企业的创新绩效促进作用更强。
In the era of the digital economy,digital transformation has become an important path for small and medium-sized enterprises.(SMEs)to achieve innovation.Based on the dynamic capabilities theory,this paper investigated the interactive effects among the digital transformation of SMEs,dynamic capabilities,and innovation performance,as well as the moderating effect of environmental uncertainty.The empirical study results from 12984 observational samples indicate that digital transformation can significantly positively affect the innovation performance of SMEs;digital transformation has a significant promotional effect on dynamic capabilities;in this process,the impact effect from strong to weak is in turn innovation capability,absorption capability,and adaptive capability.Environmental uncertainty plays a significant moderating role between dynamic capabilities and the innovation performance of SMEs.The heterogeneity analysis shows that digital transformation has a stronger promoting effect on innovation performance of state-owned enterprises,high-tech enterprises,manufacturing enterprises,and medium-sized enterprises.
