摘要：目前,越来越多的中小企业认识到社会网络的重要性,并积极建设自己的社会网络。但多数中小企业在识别、构建合作网络和协同成长方面存在很多问题。利用北京地区高端产业园区200家企业的调研数据,采用结构方程模型及相关分析法,对中小企业社会网络特征及其与企业成长绩效之间的关系进行分析,揭示企业在社会网络构建与网络化成长中存在的问题,并提出对策建议,以促进中小企业社会网络建设和企业健康可持续成长。
Now, more and more small and medium-sized enterprises realize the importance of social networks, and actively build their social network. However, most enterprises have a lot of problems in terms of identification, construction of cooperation network and coordinated growth. Using investigation data of 200 enterprises in Beijing High-end industrial park, this paper applies the structural equation modeling （SEM） and correlation analysis methods, analyzes the relationship between social network and small and medium-sized enterprises＇ growth performance, discusses the construction status and problems of small and medium-sized enterprises＇ social network, and provides some suggestions, so as to promote the social network construction, healthy and sustainable growth of small and medium-sized enterprises.
