摘要:本研究旨在游戏治疗实践中探讨指导式和非指导式游戏治疗对改善某孤独症幼儿沟通行为及减少刻板行为的效果。采用单一被试研究中的交替处理设计(A-B-C-B-C)的方法,观察某融合幼儿园的一名孤独症幼儿在指导式和非指导式游戏治疗过程中沟通行为及刻板行为的表现,结果发现:游戏治疗阶段个案的沟通回合增加;非指导式游戏治疗能有效减少个案的刻板行为,有利于增进孤独症个案的沟通意向,提高其沟通主动性,并且可以有效减少其刻板行为。
This study, by using the A-B-C-B-C experimental design to observe an autistic young girl from a kindergarten who is being treated with the directive and non-directive play therapies, aims to explore the effect of the directive play therapy and the non-directive play therapy on the improvement of autistic young children' s communication behavior and the reduction of their stereotyped behavior. The results show the following: the play therapies improve the autistic young girl's communication, and the non-directive play therapy effectively reduces her stereotyped behavior. The article concludes that the nonirective play therapy is more conducive to improving autistic young children's intention to communicate and reducing their stereotyped behavior.
