摘要：葛仙米具有多种生物活性物质及活性功能,逐渐受到广泛的关注。目前对葛仙米的研究主要集中在葛仙米培养条件、活性物质提取方法的优化,以及少部分的活性功能研究。综述葛仙米中多糖、蛋白质、氨基酸等主要活性成分及抗氧化、抗癌、免疫调节以及调节脂代谢等活性功能,为葛仙米资源更好地开发和利用提供依据。
Nostoc sphaeroides kützing contains a variety of active ingredients and active functions.At present,the research on Nostoc sphaeroides kützing mainly focuses on the optimization of its culture conditions,the optimization of the extraction method of active substances,and a small number of studies on its active functions.The main active components of Nostoc sphaeroides kützing were reviewed,such as polysaccharides,proteins and amino acids,as well as their functions of antioxidant,anticancer,immune regulation and lipid metabolism regulation,which provided theoretical basis for the further development and utilization of Nostoc sphaeroides kützing resources.
