摘要：分析了酒店管理本科专业传统的课程教学模式存在的问题与不足,针对酒店管理本科专业课程教学模式改革进行探索,指出"融入工作场景的PBL教学模式"在吸收传统PBL教学模式优点的基础上,融入了"工作场景"式教学,能够显著提高酒店管理本科生培养质量,更好地实现酒店管理专业本科生人才的培养。
The some problems and shortcomings in the traditional course teaching mode of hotel management undergraduate course are analyzed. The teaching mode reform of this course is explored. It points out that, based on absorbing the advantages of traditional PBL teaching mode, the mode of integrating ＂work scene＂ with PBL blend in ＂work scene＂, which can significantly improve the quality of education and achieve the training of undergraduates.
