摘要：随着社会的进步和科学技术的迅猛发展,如何才能培养有创新思维和创业能力的应用型人才已成为应用型大学教育教学改革的一个重要而紧迫的研究课题。很多高校和学者在理论层面对此进行了深入和有意义的探索。结合具体实践,以北京联合大学商务学院为例,从教学设计方案调整和教育实践育人模式的立体化改革、创新思维与批判性思维的辩证关系及"五位一体,全程联动"构建创新创业生态圈的角度,对商科创新创业人才的创新思维教学实践与培养路径的有效性进行了探讨,期望为其他同类高校创新创业型人才培养提供借鉴。
With the rapid development of the society and science and technology, how to train the application-oriented talents with innovative thinking and entrepreneurial ability has become an important and urgent research topic in the education and teaching reform of application-oriented colleges and universities. Many universities and scholars have made deep and meaningful explorations on the theoretical level. Combined with the concrete practice in the Business College of Beijing Union University, this paper discusses the effectiveness of the teaching practice and training path of business innovative and entrepreneurial talents from the aspects of teaching design scheme adjustment and the three-dimensional reform of practice educational model, the dialectical relationship between innovative thinking and critical thinking, and the construction of innovative and entrepreneurial ecosystem of"five-in-one, and whole-process linkage". It is expected to provide a reference for the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in other similar colleges and universities.
