摘要:该研究对我国残疾人高等教育院校教师的专业发展现状进行了全面调查。调查从四个方面展开,包括:教师专业发展的内在动力和政策环境影响;教师专业发展现状;教师对支持保障和激励机制等组织环境的评价和建议;教师的专业发展需求。基于数据分析和国内外比较研究提出了促进我国残疾人高等院校教师专业发展的支持保障体系建设的对策建议。
This paper made a survey of the status quo of the professional development of higher education faculty for the disabled in China. The survey involves the teachers' internal motivation towards their professional development and the environmental effect of relevant policies; the status quo of the teachers' professional development; their assessment and suggestions concerning the mechanism for the support and incentives of their professional development; and their demands for future professional development. The authors, based on data analysis and a comparative study of domestic and foreign research literature, propose pushing forward the building of the supporting mechanism for the professional development of the teachers dedicated to higher education for the disabled in China.
