摘要:为探究沙盘游戏治疗对孤独症谱系障碍(ASD)儿童社会交往行为发展的影响,将56例4—8岁ASD儿童随机分成试验组与对照组,每组28例。实验组与对照组被试均会接受同频且同质的常规社交行为干预,实验组被试在此基础上增加为期18周、每周2次、每次50分钟,共计36次彼此独立的个体沙盘游戏治疗。分别运用《社交行为表现指标》《心理教育量表(第三版)》与《社交反应量表》测量被试在首末次沙盘游戏治疗中的社交行为表现以及其治疗前后的社交技能与社交品质,综合考察沙盘游戏治疗对ASD儿童社交行为发展的影响。结果发现ASD儿童在沙盘游戏治疗中的社交行为表现有所改善,沙盘游戏能够提升ASD儿童的社交技能和社交品质。研究认为沙盘游戏治疗能够有效推动4—8岁ASD儿童社会交往行为的发展。
To explore the effect of sandplay therapy on the development of social interaction behavior in children with autism spectrum disorders(ASD),56 children with ASD aged 4-8 years were randomly allocated into an experimental group and a control group,with 28 children in each.Both the experimental group and the control group received homogenous social behavior intervention with the same frequency.On this basis,the experimental group received 36 independent individual sandplay treatments for 18 weeks,twice a week,50 minutes each time.The Social Behavior Performance Index,Psycho-Educational Profile:Third Edition,and Social Responsiveness Scale were used to measure the social behavior performance of the participants in the first and last sandplay treatment,and the social skills and social quality before and after the treatment.The effects of sandplay treatment on the development of social behavior of children with ASD were assessed comprehensively.The results showed that sandplay therapy improved the social behavior performance of children with ASD,to be specific,the social skills and social interaction quality.It is concluded that sandplay therapy can effectively promote the development of social interaction behavior of children with ASD aged 4-8 years.
