The campus APP ＂Reading Club＂ aims at recycled use of book resources to intensify the resource conservation while providing the students with localized information regarding learning and communication. With online and offline interaction, the APP is dedicated to establishing reputation and a platform of reading and communication to encourage the students to read better books. This article basically analyzes the feasibility of the system, make clear the research and development object and realization of the system, and demonstrate a promising application forecast.
