摘要：大数据是数字信息化时代发展的产物,随着信息技术的发展,企业进行大数据的供应链管理已经成为大势所趋。本文以物流企业为例,指出企业通过分析客户信息数据、市场行情数据以及销量数据等海量信息,不仅能够明确物流公司供应链管理运作模式,提高企业供应链管理效率;还能使企业充分挖掘出数据背后的真相,为企业的管理和决策提供重要依据。目前,物流企业的大数据供应链运作管理模式发展尚未成熟,仍存在着诸多弊端,如产品质量有待提高、数据管理有待完善、产业优化升级不足等。因此,需要从提高产品质量、完善数据管理以及加速产业升级几个方面着手,优化大数据时代物流企业供应链管理的运作路径。
Big data is the product of the development of digital information age. With the development of information technology, the company's supply chain management of big data has become an inevitable trend of the times. Taking logistics enterprises as an example, this paper points out that, by analyzing massive information such as customer information data, market data and sales data, enterprises can not only clarify the operation mode of supply chain management in logistics companies and improve the efficiency of enterprise supply chain management, but also enable enterprises to fully excavate the truth behind the data and provide important basis for the management and decision-making of the enterprises. At present, the development of big data supply chain operation management mode in logistics enterprises is not mature, and there are still many disadvantages, such as product quality needs to be improved, data management needs to be perfected, and industrial optimization and upgrading is insufficient. Therefore, it is necessary to optimize the operation path of supply chain management of logistics enterprises in big data era from the aspects of improving product quality, perfecting data management and accelerating industrial upgrading.
