摘要:本文从系统构成和通信协议宏编程两方面详细介绍了利用RS-485总线对变频器实施在线故障检测的技术,主要是以富士变频器的RS-485通信协议为基础,利用CX-Protocol软件编写了由变频器特性参数和报警显示等监视通信序列构成的RS-485总线通信协议宏,实现了由可编程序控制器和触摸屏实时在线检测变频器的各种特性参数及运行状态,最终保证了变频器安全稳定的运行。
Based on RS-485 communication network, the technology of inverter fault detection on-line is introduced emphatically from system structure and communication protocol macro programing. On base of communication protocol of RS-485 used for FUJI inverter, the RS-485 communication protocol macro, which consists of some communication sequences such as monitoring specific parameters and displaying alarm information, is developed by CX-Protocol. Finally, the PLC and PT can detect real-time characteristic data and runnina status of the inverter in order to keep it working stable.
