摘要：全面发展协商民主和全面推进乡村振兴是党的二十大作出的重要发展举措和战略任务。乡村振兴离不开良好的社会秩序和治理环境,提升乡村治理效能是全面推进乡村振兴战略的题中之义。社会主义协商民主内生于中国共产党领导中国人民革命、建设和发展的理论探索与历史实践,具有显著的制度优势、系统优势、实践优势和民意优势,是乡村治理的时代之需。发挥协商民主在乡村治理中的优势,进一步探索完善乡村协商民主工作的体制和机制建设,把城乡社区协商民主工作落到实处,全面提升乡村治理体系和治理能力现代化,具有理论探索和实践指导意义。
The comprehensive development of consultative democracy and the overall promotion of rural revitalization are important development measures and strategic tasks at the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.Rural revitalization cannot be attained without a sound social order and a favorable governance environment.Enhancing the efficiency of rural governance lies at the heart of the overall promotion of revitalization strategy.Socialistic consultative democracy is born from the CPC’s theoretical exploration and historical practice in leading the people’s revolution,construction and development.It has significant institutional,systematic,cultural,and popular support advantages,which are needed at the time for rural governance.By leveraging the advantages of consultative democracy in rural governance,we will further explore and improve the system and mechanism construction of rural consultative democracy work,implement the work of consultative democracy in urban and rural communities,comprehensively enhance the modernization of rural governance system and governance capacity,and promote the strategic task of consultative democracy and rural revitalization.This pursuit holds significance for both theoretical exploration and practical guidance.
