摘要:With the increasing popularity of the sharing economy, various types of mobile applications (apps) facilitate the building of a new bridge of human-computer interaction. In the human-computer interaction field, user experience is an important topic that influences technology adoption. This study entails an empirical survey to analyze the influence of the satisfaction of users' psychological and instrumental needs on user experience based on the types of apps as a moderating variable. The conclusions show the followings: first, users' psychological need is a significant factor that influences their experience, and the direct effects of security, self-esteem, and aesthetics are especially considerable. Second, for apps under pragmatism logic, users' instrumental needs are also important, as their direct effect is significant. However, for apps under hedonism logic, the direct effect of instrumental needs is not evident; psychological need is a more important factor to improve user experience. Herein, implications are discussed and suggestions are proposed towards improving user experience from a user psychological and instrumental needs perspective based on the different types of apps.
