摘要:《劳动合同法》的实施,给人们普遍感觉是:企业用工成本急剧增加,大大削弱了企业的国际竞争力,有人甚至将其看作是压垮企业的最后一根稻草。事实上,通过对《劳动合同法》实施后企业用工成本增量来源和大小分析发现,《劳动合同法》对守法企业所增加的具体的、显性的用工成本是非常有限的,而不守法企业中所增加的用工成本也不超过企业总成本的2%,不会给企业带来太大的压力。为此,呼吁企业必须合法经营,及时调整人力资源管理战略,以提升企业国际竞争力。
It is widely felt that the implementation of the Labor Contract Law causes not only businesses labor costs increased dramatically but also the international competitiveness of enterprises reduced greatly.However,in fact,the analysis of sources of labor cost increment of enterprises shows that the increase labor cost of law-abiding businesses is very limited,and the increase labor cost of not law-abiding enterprises is not more than 2% of the total cost which will not bring too much pressure to the businesses.Therefore,businesses must adjust human resources management strategies so as to enhance their international competitiveness on the basis of management within the law.
