摘要：度假型酒店受季节性影响,呈现出典型的淡旺季经营特点。那么酒店如何能在旅游旺季建立并管理一个高效、稳定的非典型员工团队,使整个组织充满活力,实现最大化的工作效率是本文研究的主要问题。
As we know,resort hotels are influenced by seasons easily.Nowadays,more and more atypical employees are rccruited in resort hotels recruit in order to reduce human resource cost.The purpose of the paper is to study how a resort hotel builds and manages an efficient and stable team of atypical workers.
