摘要:认证标准是进行工程教育专业认证的基石,各国在制定专业认证标准时会综合考虑社会经济和工程教育发展现状和未来趋势。为了保障认证标准的科学性及与社会经济发展需求的适应性,提高工程人才输出的多元性,应用型大学应从价值导向回归社会服务、强化工程实践与创新、注重课程评价和课程质量、专业标准对齐区域产业需求等方面出发,制定应用型工程人才培养新标准。同时,高校自我评估应主要基于办学目标、方向和任务,以问题为导向开展评估。
Accreditation standard is the cornerstone of professional certification of engineering education.Countries will comprehensively consider the current situation and future trend of social economy and engineering education when formulating professional certification standards.In order to ensure the scientificity of the accreditation standards and the adaptability to the needs of social and economic development,and improve the diversity of engineering talent output,the application-oriented university should formulate new standards for training application-oriented engineering talents starting from the value orientation of serving society,strengthening engineering practice and innovation,paying attention to course quality and evaluation,and aligning talents training objective with regional industrial needs.In addition,being problem-oriented,the self-evaluation of colleges and universities is mainly based on the goals,directions and tasks of running a school.
