摘要：急性腰扭伤为临床常见病,发病时可对患者的生活造成严重影响。研究表明,推拿为治疗急性腰扭伤的常用手段,且治疗效果良好。推拿手法可分为理筋疗法和正骨疗法,急性腰扭伤可分为小关节错缝型和软组织损伤型。小关节错缝型应在局部理筋放松软组织后配合精准正骨手法治疗;软组织损伤型应先进行循经远治配合局部的轻柔手法治疗,待病情缓解后再行局部正骨治疗。
Acute lumbar sprain is a common clinical disease,which can seriously affect the life of patients.The study shows that massage is a common means to treat acute lumbar sprain,and the therapeutic effect is good.Massage can be divided into tendon therapy and bonesetting therapy,acute lumbar sprain can be divided into small joint staggered type and soft tissue injury type.Small joint staggered suture type should be treated with precise bone-setting technique after local tendon relaxation of soft tissue;Patients with soft tissue injury should first be treated with remote therapy combined with local gentle manipulation,and then local bone-setting therapy after remission.
