摘要:为研究油烟机清洗操作及结构设计的工效性,招募36名有经验的被试,搭建油烟机清洗及烹饪操作测试场景,对顶吸油烟机日常清洗部位,基于4个评价指标(可视性、距离、姿势及费力)综合给出各部位的清洗操作分值,得到油烟机底端外围、集烟腔及油杯后区的清洗可达域级别(轻松可达、比较费力可达及费力可达)分布。采用三维运动捕捉系统记录被试烹饪时的头部、左右手和锅具前端的活动范围,基于人机活动域分析得到顶吸油烟机人机碰撞高风险区域,以及侧吸油烟机倾角范围。研究方法和结果对油烟机安装、结构和布局设计及改善评估均有一定的实际应用价值。
In order to study the ergonomics of range hood cleaning operation and structural design,36 experienced subjects were recruited.The test scene of range hood cleaning and cooking operation were set up.For the daily cleaning parts of the top range hood,the cleaning operation scores of each part were comprehensively obtained based on four evaluation indexes(visibility,distance,posture and effort),and the distribution of cleaning reach domain levels(easy reach,comparative effort reach and effort reach)of the periphery of the bottom end of the range hood,the smoke collection chamber and the rear area of the oil cup were obtained.A three-dimensional motion capture system was used to record the range of motion of the head,left and right hands and the front end of the pot during cooking.Based on the analysis of man-machine activity domain,the high-risk area of man-machine collision of top range hood and the inclination range of side range hood were obtained.The research methods and results have certain practical application value for the installation,structure and layout design and improvement evaluation of range hood.
