摘要：《物业管理学》课程双语教学不仅是物业服务行业与国际接轨的必然要求，也是当前教学改革必然趋势。本文从涉外物业管理专业的特点出发，结合学科发展现状，研究和分析《物业管理学》双语课程建设思路、教学模式及教学实践流程。针对双语课程教学实施过程中出现的问题，提出提高双语教学效果有效途径。
It is an inevitable requirement and trend that Bilingual Teaching in Real Estate Management is applied in China＇ s tertiary educatidn in order to follow international rules, Based on the characteristics of foreign real estate profession and combined the development level of the major, this article analyses the Bilingual curriculum constructing method, Bilingual Teaching model and instruction practice process. This article also discusses the existing issues and explores ways to improve the effect of Bilingual Teaching, which may play a role in the promotion of internationalization of China＇ s education.
