摘要：基于高阶梯队理论,选择2014~2019年中国创业板上市公司为研究样本,运用数据包络分析(DEA)方法对企业资源配置效率进行了测度,并实证检验了高管团队(TMT)特征对企业资源配置效率的影响。研究结果表明,高管团队中女性占比和职业经历对企业资源配置效率具有显著的正向影响,说明增加高管团队女性成员、引进具备财金和市场营销职业背景的高管,有助于提高企业的资源配置效率;但高管团队的平均年龄与企业资源配置效率呈显著负相关;高管团队的平均学历则与企业资源配置效率没有明显的相关性。该研究结论为优化企业高管团队结构和提高企业资源配置效率提供了新思路和新见解。
Based on the Upper Echelons theory, this study used the Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA) method to measure the efficiency of resource allocation of China’s 2014~2019 GEM-listed companies, and empirically tested the influence of the companies’ top management team( TMT) characteristics on the resource allocation efficiency. The results showed that the proportion of women in the TMT and professional experience have a significant positive impact on the efficiency of enterprise resource allocation, indicating that increasing female members and introducing senior executives with financial and marketing professional background can help to improve the efficiency of enterprise resource allocation.However, the average age of the TMT had a significant negative correlation with the efficiency of enterprise resource allocation. There was no significant correlation between the average education level and the efficiency of resource allocation. The conclusion provides new ideas and insights for optimizing the structure of the TMT and improving the resource allocation efficiency of enterprises.
