摘要:互联网时代信息传播速度加快,校园欺凌作为一种针对未成年人的恶意伤害行为,愈来愈受到大众的关注。根据以往实证资料的线索发现,部分拒学学生在校就读期间曾受到过不同程度的校园欺凌。聚焦校园欺凌与学生拒学行为之间可能存在的复杂关联,运用访谈法和实物收集法,针对单个案研究采用情境分析法,跨个案研究采用类属分析法,深度探究校园欺凌实际发生的情境与个体状况,结果发现:第一,校园欺凌的主体既有同伴,也有教师;第二,教师欺凌与教师惩戒根据教师行为的对象(行为本身或学生本人)、情境公开程度、发生时段/阶段、频次(是否重复)和时机、目的与心态、方式与方法及对学生身心影响程度等方面,可以被视为行为发生的连续谱,存在临界点;第三,校园欺凌与拒学行为的关系包括直接关联、间接关联两种情形,叠加影响模型可以对其影响因素进行多重解释。对此,基于生态系统理论,应构建家长“先行”、教师“助导”、多方主体“互动”的家校社协同育人支持体系。
With the acceleration of information dissemination in the Internet age,school bullying,as a malicious act of harming minors,has attracted more and more public attention.Based on the clues of previous empirical data,it is found that some students who refuse to study at school have been bullied in different degrees.The methods of interview and material collection are used to focus on the possible complex relationship between school bullying and students’refusal to study,the method of situation analysis is applied to single case studies,and the method of category analysis is applied to cross-case studies to deeply explore the actual situation and individual situation of school bullying.The results show as follows:firstly,the subjects of school bullying include both peers and teachers;secondly,teacher bullying and teacher discipline can be regarded as a continuous spectrum of behaviors and an existing critical point based on the object of teacher behavior(behavior itself or the student himself),the degree of situational publicity,the time period/stage of occurrence,frequency(whether it is repeated or not)and timing,purpose and mentality,ways and methods and the degree of the physical and mental influence on students;thirdly,the relationship between school bullying and school refusal includes two situations of direct correlation and indirect correlation,and the superposition influence model can provide multiple explanations for its influencing factors.In this regard,based on the ecosystem theory,it is necessary to construct a family-school-society collaborative education support system with parents“leading”,teachers“assisting and guiding”and multi-subjects“interacting”.
