摘要：Measurement in system/device concept is addressed in the paper The concept means that test and measurement is embedded into a system with an integrated circuit, i.e. SoC. To implement such idea that a special mixed signal SoC used for voltage measurement is designed in this paper As an instrument the SoC includes two CPU systems, signal input process circuit, ADC, common RAM, and communication module. To connect with different circuit modules including CPU1 and CPU2, a IO Bridge is designed. The design specification is determined by the time parameters of data acquisition to guarantee the real time property of the SoC. The SoC is also could be used as an IP core and embedded into some complex network on chip.
