摘要：建设社会主义新农村是党的十六届五中全会提出的我国现代化进程中的重大历史任务,是解决“三农”问题的战略举措。着重从四个方面加以阐述:一是我国实现现代化的必然要求;二是我国全面建设小康社会的必然要求;三是贯彻落实科学发展观,构建社会主义和谐社会的必然要求;四是我国加入WTO后,提高农业竞争力的必然要求。
Building Socialist New Countryside is the important historic task that was put forward in the Sixteenth Session Fifth Meeting of CCP, and it is strategic measure that settles ＂ San Nong＂ problem. Early 21 centry, why does the central of CPC put forward Building Socialist New Countryside？ This article will set forth emphatically it from four aspects. The first is inevitable demand about realizing modernization in our country; the second is inevitable demand about Building Overally Moderately Well-Off Society in our country; the third is inevitable demand about implementing and carrying out Scientific Developing Viewpoint and building Socialist Harmonious Society; the fourth is inevitable demand about raising agricultural competitive ability after China joining WTO.
