摘要:[目的]为了充分利用青蒿药渣资源,采用固态发酵模式,探索开发其作为中药饲料添加剂。[方法]青蒿叶渣为发酵原料,选取植物乳杆菌、酵母菌等菌株采用固态发酵模式进行发酵,双缩尿法测定粗蛋白含量,GC-MS鉴定双氢青蒿酸和青蒿乙素结构并测定两者含量;发酵产物作为饲料添加剂,对鸡进行饲喂实验。[结果]结果表明,青蒿叶渣中粗蛋白、双氢青蒿酸和青蒿乙素含量显著升高,酵母菌固态发酵青蒿叶渣粗蛋白含量提高71.15%,地衣芽孢杆菌发酵后双氢青蒿酸和青蒿乙素分别提高111.74%(P<0.05)和93.91%(P<0.05)。饲喂实验发现,鸡的粪便变得细腻,过料残渣明显减少。[结论]微生物固态发酵青蒿叶渣,可大幅提高粗蛋白和双氢青蒿酸和青蒿乙素功效成分含量,有效保障禽畜健康,为探索开发绿色动物保健产品提供了科学依据。
[Objective]This study was conducted to investigate the potential usage of the residue of Artemisia annua,and to develop it as a traditional Chinese medicine feed additive.[Method]The solid-state fermentation mode was adopted,and A.annua leaf residue was used as a fermentation raw material.Eleven different strains including Lactobacillus plantarum,and yeast were selected for fermentation in a solid-state fermentation mode.The crude protein content was determined by the double-condensation method,and the content and structure of both dihydroartemisinic acid and artemisinin were identified by GC-MS.Fermentation products were used as feed additives,and feeding experiments were conducted with chickens to determine the function of additives.[Results]The results demonstrated that the contents of crude protein,dihydroartemisinic acid and artemisinin in A.annua leaf residue were significantly increased after fermentation,in which the crude protein content was increased by 71.15%(P<0.05)after yeast solid-state fermentation,and the contents of hydroartemisinic acid and artemisinin were increased by 111.74%(P<0.05)and 93.91%(P<0.05),respectively after B.licheniformis fermentation.The feeding experiment results showed the fine feces after feeding with additives and a significant decrease of the amount of feed residues in feces of chickens.[Conclusion]Microbial solid fermentation of A.annua leaf residue greatly increased the content of crude protein,dihydroartemisinic acid and artemisinin,effectively protect the health of poultry and livestock.The results provide a scientific basis for the exploration and development of green animal health products.
