摘要:在融合教育中,残疾大学生和健全大学生能够共同生活在同一宿舍区域,不可避免地会发生宿舍人际冲突。对残疾大学生中的视障生、听障生与健全生之间的宿舍人际冲突现状及特点进行抽样调查显示:学生对融合宿舍的满意度不高;3类学生之间均存在宿舍人际冲突;引发冲突的主要因素有性格差异、生活习惯不同、缺乏沟通、思考问题的角度不同等。在应对冲突时,大学生表现出积极合作的态度。在教育实践中,学校应通过完善软硬件来提高融合宿舍学生的满意度;丰富宿舍文化建设,营造积极的交往体验;提供个性化教育服务,以提升学生的综合素质;建立冲突处理机制,预防危机事件的发生。
In integrated education,disabled students and healthy students can live together in the same dormitory,and interpersonal conflicts are inevitable.A sampling survey was conducted on the current situation and characteristics of interpersonal conflicts in dormitories among visually impaired college students,hearing-impaired ones,and healthy ones.The results shows that the overall satisfaction with integrated dormitories was relatively low among students;there are interpersonal conflicts among the above-mentioned three types of students;and the main factors that trigger conflicts include differences in personality,lifestyle habits,lack of communication,and different perspectives on problem-solving.Students show a positive and cooperative attitude when dealing with conflicts.In educational practice,hardware and software should be improved to enhance the satisfaction of students in integrated dormitories;the construction of dormitory culture should be continuously enriched to form positive communication experience;individualized education services should be provided to improve students’comprehensive quality;and conflict management mechanisms should be established to prevent crisis incidents.
