摘要：中国农业人口城镇化取得了巨大的历史成就,但同时也存在一些问题。这些问题既体现在主观思路上,也体现在客观矛盾制约上。要解决这些问题,需要改变提高农业人口城镇化水平的固有思维,即不以"农民进城"作为唯一的解决办法,而是通过乡村振兴战略、城镇化的自然成长、城乡融合等方式实现农业人口城镇化与农业农村现代化的同步、协调发展。
Chinese agricultural population urbanization has made a great historical achievement, but there are still some problems for it. These problems are not only reflected in subjective thinking, but also in the objective contradiction. To solve these problems, it needs to change the traditional thinking about how to uplift the agricultural population urbanization levels. That means that ＂farmers- going- into- the- city＂ is not the only solution and a better way is to implement measures through the country revitalization strategy, the natural growth of urbanization, the integration of urban and rural places and other methods to realize the synchronized and coordinated development of agricultural population urbanization and agricultural rural modernization.
