摘要:快速的经济发展和城市化进程对区域生态环境造成了较大的影响。鉴于遥感可以实现大面积同步观测的优点,以遥感为手段评价区域生态环境,探究生态环境时空差异性,对城市的生态文明建设具有重要意义。本文以山东省济南市为例,通过构建基于绿度(NDVI)、湿度(WET)、热度(LST)、干度(NDSI)的遥感生态指数(RSEI),评价了1984年到2018年研究区生态环境的时空变化特征。结果表明:RSEI能较好的反映济南市生态环境质量状况及时空差异;1984—2018年济南市RSEI由0.6198上升至0.8080,增幅为30.36%;环境质量等级由以中等和良为主变为以良和优为主,变好的区域主要分布在济南南部丘陵地区,占总面积82.229%,这与济南市积极推进环境保护、鼓励植树造林有关;1984—2018年济南市中心城区RSEI由0.5882上升至0.7296,增幅为24.04%;但其中心位置生态环境质量变差趋势明显,城市扩张、建设用地增加、绿化面积缩减是影响环境质量变差的主要原因。
Rapid economic development and urbanization process have a great impact on the regional ecological environment.In view of the advantagesthat remote sensing can achieve large-scale synchronous observation,it is of greatsignificance to evaluate the regional ecological environment by remote sensing and explore the spatial and temporal differences of the ecological environment for the construction of ecological civilization in cities.In this study,Jinan City,Shandong Province is taken as an example to evaluate the spatiotemporal change characteristics of ecological environment in the study area from 1984 to 2018 by constructing a remote sensing ecological index(RSEI)based on NDVI,wet,LST and NDSI.The results show that RSEI can better reflect the status of ecological environment quality and temporal and spatial differencesin Jinan City;from 1984 to 2018,RSEIin Jinan City increased from 0.6198 to 0.8080,an increase of 30.36%;the environmental quality grade changed from medium and good to good and excellent,and the improved areas mainly distributed in the hilly areas of Southern Jinan,accounting for 82.229%of the total area,which is in line with Jinan's active promotion of environmental protection.From 1984 to 2018,RSEIin the central urban area ofJinan increased from 0.5882 to 0.7296,with an increase rate of 24.04%;however,the ecological environment quality in the central location has a significant trend of deterioration.Urban expansion,increase of construction land and reduction of green area are the main reasons for the deterioration of environmental quality.
