摘要：本文从"以人为本"的视角出发,总结旅游本质二重性及旅游发展三要素。在理论指引下,采集2011年全国31个省、自治区和直辖市的相关指标,构建结构方程模型,运用IBM SPSS AMOS 21软件进行实证研究。
The article summarizes the duality essence of tourism and the three elements of tourism development from the ＂people-oriented＂ view based on the contribution of the study in various disciplines. Under the guidance of this theory, we carries on the empirical research, collect the datum of 31 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities in 2011, constructs the Structural Equation Model（SEM）, calculates by IBM SPSS AMOS 21.
