摘要：在对用人单位和毕业生进行访谈与问卷调查,以及借鉴已有研究的基础上,本文构建了基于岗位需求的包括专业能力、通用技能和基本素养的三维就业能力结构模型,据此对毕业生具备的就业能力水平、用人单位的岗位需求水平和两者之间的能力缺口进行测度,并从不同岗位、毕业院校、学历层次和专业的角度进行了比较分析。文章发现大学生就业能力整体水平显著低于用人单位岗位需求的水平,且不同岗位上大学生就业能力的缺口主要来自于通用技能和专业能力方面的差距。
Based on the interview and questionnaire survey for employers and graduates, this paper constructs three-dimensional employability structure including professional ability, general skill and basic attahunent based on the job requirement, measures the employability level of graduates possessed and employer needs, and the gap between them, and also makes comparative analysis from different position, graduate universities and colleges, academic level, and profession aspects. The paper finds that the employability of university students is obviously lower than the employer needed level entirely, and the employability gaps of university students on different positions are mainly fi＇om general skills and professional ability.
