摘要：传统葡萄园文化景观是典型的农业文化遗产,对其进行动态保护意义重大。西方传统葡萄园文化景观及其保护经历了较长时间的发展,积累了大量的成功经验,对中国开展传统葡萄园文化景观保护具有一定的借鉴意义。从农业文化遗产动态保护的视角,以法国波尔多和河北宣化传统葡萄园文化景观为例,对比中西方传统农业文化景观空间格局、内涵、动态保护方式和发展潜力,旨在为农业文化遗产的动态保护与适应性管理提供科学依据。
In China, the traditional 'tunnel- shape' vineyard could only be found in Xuanhua City, Hebei Province. Looking through the worldwide vineyard cultural landscapes, there are lots of different characteristics between China and the western world, even though they are all considered as the treasured heritage of our ancestors. In the western world, vineyard is always connected to wine making or the related leisure activities, forming the wine culture of the western countries like France. The Bordeaux builds its fame by wine production and attracted lots of tourists and cultural activities. The traditional vineyard cultural landscape is quite different from Bordeaux as it is the form of eco-agricultural system of the local people adapting to the undesirable environment, which we call it 'reversal adaptation'. This paper proposes a framework of comparing the vineyard cultural landscapes differences between China and the western world,taking Xuanhua in Hebei Province and Bordeaux in France as cases, discusses the concept, connotation,approaches of dynamic conservation and the developing potential of the two different vineyard cultural landscapes, in order to provide scientific base for agricultural heritage system conservation and adaptive management.
