摘要：城市大学与城市社区之间的关系是大学和社区都需要面对的命题,封闭与隔膜所导致的是发展迟滞和脱节,互动与合作方能赢得相融和共进。麦子店社区是万千城市社区的一个缩影,它的真实模样和发展需求,需要所在城市高等院校的认知与衔接,它所蕴含的丰富实践和典型经验,是进行人才培养和科学研究时难得的珍奇宝库。城市的最根本细胞是城市社区,城市型大学需植"根"社区,编织与城市之间相融互通的纽带,在人才培养、科学研究、社会服务、文化传承创新等方面都要立足于城市,服务于社区。同时,更需深"耕"社区,注重大学与社区互动的着力度和契合度,彼此推开大门,构建互动机制、合作机制和回馈机制,铸造城市型大学与所在城市契合共进的强大引擎。
The relationship between ＂city university＂ and ＂urban community＂ is a common proposition for both ＂university＂ and ＂ community＂. Closure and estrangement will lead to the retardation and disconnection of development. Only by interaction and cooperation can harmony and progress be achieved. Maizidian Community is an epitome of thousands of communities in the city. Its real environment and development demand need to be recognized and connected by the colleges and universities in the city. The rich and typical experiences the community contains are valuable treasures for talent cultivation and scientific research. ＂Urban community＂is the fundamental cell of a city, and ＂city university＂need to be ＂rooted＂ in the community to eatablish ties with the city. Talent cultivation, scientific research, social services, as well as cultural inheritance and creation should all be based on the city and serve for the communities. Meanwhile, ＂deep ploughing＂ is alo needed and attention should be paid on the strenghth and fitness in the interaction between universities and communities. Both universities and communities should open the gate, so that interactive mechanism, cooperation mechanism, and feedback mechanism can be established, and a powerful engine for the cooperation and development of ＂city university＂ and the city can be made.
