摘要：Smart Tourism, cored in massive tourism resources data center, supported by IOT and cloud computing, focused on tourists through intelligent identification, intelligent monitoring and location based service, is a new tourism form to provide application services to government, businesses and residents. This paper firstly analyzes certain areas with ST construction pilots and summarizes the works of some well-known scholars in China, and then further elaborates the conceptual definition of ST and the existing problems. Finally, proposes a Triple-A theory model and general technical architecture of systematic design, in order to provide theoretical, methodological and operational references for the study of ST.
