摘要：加强教学管理、提高教学质量是成人教育发展的基础。要克服生源素质下降，学生出勤率低，教学质量下降等问题，必须树立正确的办学思想，强化教学管理，提高教学管理干部素质，保证教学质量。
To enhance teaching administration and improve the quality of teaching is the basic of adult education. In the new days, we must overcome the difficulty of declining students making and the low percentage of attending class and declining the quality of teaching to build up the right thinking of running a school, to enhance teaching administration and insure the high quality of teaching.
