摘要：国产球笼式等速万向节由于回转方向间隙原因会产生很大的噪声和振动,其中星形套是球笼式等速万向节至关重要的零件,提高星形套制造精度的关键在于提高星形套零件沟道的加工精度,在机床的精度不变情况下,必须设计研制合理卡具,才可以获得稳定的加工精度,提高生产率和降低加工成本。
The loud noise and vibration may be caused by the rotational direction gap of the domestic rzeppa constant velocity joint, especially, the starlike sleeve of ball cage patterned constant speed universal joint, Its key cause is that the manufacturing precision of the starlike sleeve and the channel of its parts is not high. Under existing conditions of the machine tool accuracy, a reasonable fixture must be desigen, in order to obtain stable machining accuracy, improve productivity and reduce manufacturing cost.
