摘要：习近平新时代劳动教育观是习近平对新时代劳动和劳动教育现象、劳动教育主体和内容、劳动教育规律的科学认识和理论总结。习近平新时代劳动教育观有其深厚的中华优秀传统文化、革命性文化、社会主义先进文化和世界多元文化的底蕴,并由此构成其文化生成逻辑。中华优秀传统文化是习近平新时代劳动教育观的根植沃土和深厚渊源,为其提供历史基础和充足养分;革命性文化是习近平新时代劳动教育观的思想火种,马克思劳动教育思想奠定其文化基脉,毛泽东劳动理论为其提供文化参照,老一辈无产阶级革命家家风教育是其文化熏染;社会主义先进文化赋予习近平新时代劳动教育观鲜明的时代特色;世界各国一切优秀文明成果交融共生形成的多元文化,为习近平新时代劳动教育观提供国际视野和域外资源借鉴。
The educational view of labor in Xi Jinping’s New Era is a scientific interpretation and theoretical summary made by President Xi Jinping about labor,educational view of labor,educational subject and content of labor,and educational law of labor.Xi Jinping’s educational view of labor in the new era enjoys profound implications about excellent traditional Chinese culture,revolutionary culture,advanced socialist culture,and the multi culture of the world,thus forming a logic of culture generation of its own.The excellent traditional Chinese culture is the deep root for the educational view of labor in the new era,providing for it its historical base and adequate nutrition.The revolutionary culture is the ideological inspiration for the educational view of labor in the new era.Marxist educational view of labor lays the cultural foundation of the educational view of labor;Mao Zedong’s labor theory provides the cultural reference for it;the manner of the revolutionaries of the old generation is its cultural representation;the advanced socialist culture is the distinctive feature of the age,and the multi culture resulted from the integration of excellent civilizations of the world provides for it its international view and foreign reference resources.
