摘要：教学团队建设是教学改革与教学质量工程建设的重要组成部分,北京联合大学在探索经管类实践教学改革的同时,初步构建起经管类应用型本科实践教学团队。经管类应用型本科实践教学团队的形成体现了北京联合大学应用型本科实践教学建设的基本理念,应当从经管类学科专业的发展规律以及教育规律的结合上思考经管类应用型本科实践教学团队的建设思路、团队构成、政策体系、改进措施等相关问题。
The construction of teaching team is an important part of teaching reform and the teaching quality project construction. Beijing Union University has explored reform of practice teaching in the applied majors of economics and management; meanwhile it has initially built up a practice teaching team in those majors. The formation of the team reflects the basic concept of the practice teaching construction in the applied majors of economics and management in Beijing Union University. It should be thought of that construction idea, team composition, policies systems, improvements and other problems of practice teaching team in the applied majors of economies and management by the academic perspective from the combination of professional development law and education law.
