摘要：文章以2008-2017年国有上市公司为研究样本,以创新投入和创新产出为指标,剖析了国有产权背景下基于异质性创新动机高管权力配置对企业技术创新的影响。实证结果表明:国有企业高管权力对创新投入影响不显著,但对创新产出具有明显的促进性作用,且更多表现为追求速度和数量的策略性创新而非实质性创新;高管权力对策略性创新的促进效应在地方政府尤其是市、县级政府控制的企业更为显著。
Taking the state-owned listed companies from 2008 to 2017 as research samples and taking the innovation input and output as the indexes,this paper analyzes the influence of managerial power allocation on corporate innovation based on heterogeneous innovation motivation under the background of state-owned property rights.The empirical results show that the managerial power allocation of state-owned enterprises has no significant effect on innovation input,but it has obvious promoting effect on innovation output,and it is more manifested in the pursuit of speed and quantity of strategic innovation than substantive innovation;the promotion effect of managerial power on strategic innovation is more significant in local governments,especially in enterprises controlled by municipal and county governments.
