摘要:本文基于Visual Components软件设计了一系列适用于高校自动化专业PLC课程的工业生产线虚拟仿真实验项目。本虚拟仿真实验项目可以与真实工业生产线贴合,设备建模逼真,界面交互自然,学生可以通过此平台实时地编写并调试PLC程序,在三维场景中动态分析各种被控对象的执行效果,具有较好的工业现场体验感。本文对整个虚拟仿真实验平台的软硬件构成、设计的实验项目进行了描述,并对实验效果进行了分析,证明了该实验项目对提高学生PLC实验编程能力具有较好的促进作用。
A series of virtual simulation experime nts about in dustrial production lines are desig ned based on the software of Visual Comp on ents.They can be used in the PLC experimental courses for un iversity students majored in automation.This experiment project can simulate real industrial production line with realistic modeling and natural interaction.Students can program and debug the PLC codes in real time,and dynamically analyze the operation of various controlled objects in the three-dimensional seene,which has a good industrial field experience.The software and hardware composition of the virtual simulation experiment platform and the projects of experiment are described.Tine teaching results prove that the experiment project has a good promoting effect on improving students' PLC experiment programming ability。
