摘要:目的 研究利用双水相萃取技术提取葛根素。方法 分别研究葛根素在PEG (NH4) 2 SO4双水相体系与丙酮 K2 HPO4双水相体系中的分配特性。结果 实验确定了PEG (NH4) 2 SO4双水相最佳体系 :PEG15 0 0质量分数 2 0 % ,(NH4) 2 SO4质量分数 16 % ,最大的分配系数可达 14 8 2 ,最大收率 99 0 9% ;丙酮 K2 HPO4双水相最佳体系为丙酮∶水 =8∶2 ,K2 HPO4质量为 1 5g。最大的分配系数可达 36 7,最大收率 99 5 5 %。结论 对两个双水相萃取体系比较 ,丙酮 K2 HPO4双水相体系提取葛根素具有良好的工业化前景。
Objective To extract puerarin by the aqueous two-phase system extraction. Method To study the partition coefficients of puerarin in two aqueous two-phase systems,namely PEG/(NH_4)_2SO_4 system and acetone/ K_2HPO_4 system. Results The experiment showed that the optimum PEG/(NH_4)_2SO_4 aqueous two-phase system was 20% of PEG1500 and 16% of (NH_4)_2SO_4,with the maximum partition coefficient as 148.2 and the maximum yield as 99.09%. The optimum acetone/ K_2HPO_4 aqueous two-phase system was a acetone and water (in a ratio of acetone to water as 8∶2) with 1.5 g of K_2HPO_4,and its maximum partition coefficient was 36.7,with the maximum yield as 99.55%. Conclusion As compared with the PEG/(NH_4)_2SO_4 aqueous two-phase system,the acetone/K_2HPO_4 aqueous two-phase system shows a good industrial promise for the extraction of puerarin.
