摘要:中国各城市因中心地位、规模和区位不同,数字资源禀赋和数字生态要素发展具有异质性,对各城市的科技创新产生不同影响。基于此,立足于“政治-经济-社会-科技”(PEST)视角,基于协同演化理论和资源基础理论,以中国226个城市为样本,运用回归和组态研究方法,探索PEST数字生态,即数字政治、数字经济、数字社会及数字技术驱动城市科技创新的路径。研究表明:PEST数字生态与城市科技创新之间呈正“U”型效应,“U”型拐点数字生态指数为62.12,其中69.03%的样本城市在其左侧,30.97%的样本城市分布在其右侧;总体而言不存在导致城市高科技创新的必要条件,数字生态驱动城市高、非高科技创新的组态路径分别为6条(如数字社会和数字技术驱动型,数字产业化、数字社会和数字基础设施主导型,数字政治、数字社会和数字技术驱动型等)和1条(数字政治、数字社会、数字技术和数字产业化缺失型);数字生态驱动城市高科技创新的组态路径具有中心地位、规模和区位异质性。因此,各城市的数字生态建设要切合实际,实施差异化发展战略。
Due to differences in centrality,scale,and location,Chinese cities exhibit heterogeneity in their endowment of digital resources and the development of digital ecosystem elements,which have varying impacts on the technological innovation of each city.In view of this,from the perspective of"politics-economy-society-science and technology"(PEST),based on co-evolution theory and resource-based theory,taking 226 cities in China as samples,using regression and configuration research methods,this paper explores the path of PEST digital ecology,including digital politics,digital economy,digital society,and digital technology,to drive urban scientific and technological innovation.The research shows that there is a positive U-shaped effect between PEST digital ecology and urban scientific and technological innovation.The U-shaped turning point for the digital Ecology index is 62.12,with 69.03%of the sample cities positioned on the left side of the curve and 30.97%on the right side.In general,there is no necessary condition for urban high-tech innovation.The configuration paths through which the digital ecosystem drives hightech and non-high-tech innovation in cities include six distinct paths for high-tech innovation(such as digital society and digital technology-driven,digital industrialization,digital society,and digital infrastructure-dominant,and digital politics,digital society,and digital technology-driven)and one path for non-high-tech innovation(characterized by the absence of digital politics,digital society,digital technology,and digital industrialization).The configuration path of digital ecology driving urban high-tech innovation varies in centrality,scale,and location.To this end,the development of the digital ecosystem in each city should be tailored to its specific circumstances,and differentiated development strategies should be implemented.
