摘要：创业是经济发展的引擎。在创业型经济时代,城市经济发展与创业活动的密集程度高度相关。因此,增加创业者的数量供给,激励更多中小型新生企业的创业问题已成为各级政府公共政策关注的焦点。对北京来说,创业政策的设计和实施显得尤为重要,它对解决城市人口膨胀下的就业问题有着积极的意义。北京的创业政策面调整和创新,决策者们需要制定积极而有效的创业政策以引导北京走向创新型城市。
Entrepreneurship is the engine of economic development.In the era of entrepreneurial economy,regional economic growth is closely correlated with the intensity of entrepreneurial activities.So,increasing the amount of supply of entrepreneurs and stimulating more start-ups has become the focus of public policies for all government levels.For Beijing,the design and implementation of entrepreneurship policy is particularly important.It has positive meaning for solving unemployment problems under the background of expansion of urban population.Beijing＇s entrepreneurship policies are facing the choice of adjustment and innovation.The policy-makers need to design positive and effective entrepreneurship policies so as to guide Beijing to become an innovative city.
