摘要：多院区运营模式已成为大型医院发展的普遍趋势。该模式能够有效扩大医疗服务覆盖面、提升区域医疗能力,但也给医院后勤保障管理带来严峻挑战。如何创新后勤保障人员管理模式以实现多院区后勤服务“一体化、同品质”和“精细化降本增效”,成为当前学术界和实践领域关注的焦点。本研究对多院区后勤管理模式演进、矩阵式管理理论内涵及其在医院管理中应用进行分析,探讨矩阵式管理在优化多院区后勤保障人员配置等方面的应用与相关策略。
The multi-campus operation model has become a common trend in the development of large hospitals.While this model effectively expands the coverage of medical services and enhances regional healthcare capacity,it also poses significant challenges to hospital logistics support management.How to innovate the management model of logistics support personnel to achieve“integration and consistent quality”and“refined cost reduction and efficiency improvement”in multi-campus logistics services has become a key concern in both academic and practical fields.This study analyzes the evolution of multi-campus logistics management models,the theoretical connotation of matrix management,and its application in hospital management.It further explores the application and related strategies of matrix management in optimizing the allocation of logistics support personnel across multiple campuses.
