摘要：《保健功能释义(健康教育核心信息)》提出:“脑和神经系统通常从膳食获取必要的营养物质,缺乏这些营养物质不利于生命早期脑和神经系统的发育,影响正常认知功能的发挥。因此,改善与记忆有关膳食营养物质的供给可起到辅助改善记忆的作用”。研究表明,天麻具有较好的神经保护、改善阿尔茨海默症、改善失眠、抗癫痫等作用,并在2019年被纳入食药物质试点名单中,已在我国贵州、云南、四川、重庆、安徽5个省份开展了食药物质的试点工作,部分地区也已公布了天麻的食品安全地方标准,为天麻在食品领域的应用起到了良好的推动作用。文章结合记忆减退产生的机制,对天麻中天麻素、对羟基苯甲醇、巴利森苷、多糖等生物活性成分辅助改善记忆的作用进行了较为系统的综述,旨在为进一步深入探讨天麻用于辅助改善记忆功能的保健食品开发提供依据。
The Interpretation of Health Functions(Core Information of Health Education)proposes:“The brain and nervous system usually obtain necessary nutrients from diet,and the lack of these nutrients is not conducive to the development of the brain and nervous system in early life,and affects the normal cognitive function.Therefore,improving the supply of dietary nutrients related to memory can play a role in assisting in improving memory.”Studies have shown that Gastrodia elata BL.has good neuroprotection,improving dementia,improving insomnia,and anti-epilepsy.The pilot work of food and drug quality has been carried out,and some regions have also announced the local food safety standards of Gastrodia,which has played a good role in promoting the application of Gastrodia in the food field.In this paper,combined with the mechanism of memory loss,this paper systematically reviewed the effects of gastrodin,p-hydroxybenzyl alcohol,parishin,polysaccharides and other bioactive components in Gastrodia elata BL.to assist in improving memory,provide the basis for the development of functional food to improve memory function.
