摘要:数字经济的快速发展对电子商务人才培养提出了新的要求。针对电子商务人才培养与行业需求错配、学生实践能力缺乏及创新能力不足等问题,确立了知识结构复合交叉并具有创新精神和实践能力的复合型、实践型、创新型的“三型”电子商务人才培养目标。应用型大学应主动对接数字经济新业态的人才需求,构建需求导向的模块化课程体系,基于OBE理念优化人才培养方案;强化实践教学,构建以项目为基础的“基础实践—专业实践—创新创业实践—研究实践—职场实践”5层交叉融通的实践体系,形成产学创研协同育人路径,提高学生的实践创新能力。
The rapid development of digital economy puts forward new requirements for the cultivation of e-commerce talents.In response to the problems of the mismatch between the training of e-commerce talents and the needs of the industry,as well as the lack of students practical ability and innovation ability,the“three types”of e-commerce talents training objectives are established,involving the compound knowledge structure,innovative spirit and practical ability.In order to meet the demand for talents of new types of digital economy,the application-oriented universities should build a demand-oriented modular curriculum system,and optimize the talent training program based on the OBE concept,strengthen practical teaching by building a project-based practice system of“basic practice—professional practice—innovation and entrepreneurship practice—research practice—workplace practice”,promoting the integration of“industry,education,innovation and research”and improving students practical innovation ability.
